We bill in monthly packages. Each package provides different levels and types of support to meet your business needs. All prices are subject to tax for clients in Canada.

The Admin Package

$397 CAD/month

You didn’t become a behaviour professional to drown in emails, invoices, and scheduling chaos. The Admin package takes the weight off your shoulders, so you can focus on clients and cases—not your inbox. Breathe easier knowing the small but relentless tasks are finally handled.

Includes:

  • Email triage & organisation (5 days/week)

  • Client intake management

  • Scheduling support via established CRM

  • Following up on overdue invoices

  • CRM updates (contact info, notes, follow-ups)

The Business Backbone Package

$999 CAD/month

The Business Backbone is your behind-the-scenes powerhouse—keeping systems smooth, admin handled, and logistics off your plate. Everything runs seamlessly in the background so you can stay focused on your clients, your cases, and your own professional growth. With this package, everything but behaviour is covered.

Includes:

  • Email triage & organisation (5 days/week)

  • Scheduling & client intake management

  • Following up on overdue invoices

  • CRM updates (contact info, notes, follow-ups)

  • Ongoing client communications & follow-ups (including automations)

  • Sending client homework/session summaries

  • Payment & invoicing management

  • Maintaining CRM/client notes

  • Weekly progress updates (summary of open tasks)

  • Developing presentations

The Behaviour Coordinator Package

$1,199 CAD/month

The Behaviour Coordinator Package provides the benefit of having a trusted behaviour consultant on your team, without the headache of hiring an employee. With triage calls, behaviour support and a dedicated Behaviour Helpline built into the package, your clients always have expert guidance and support when they need it most.  

Includes:

  • Responding to client behaviour questions via email 

  • Triage/brief calls for behaviour cases 

  • Team calls/rounds

  • Drafting reports or summaries for clients or other professionals

  • Coordination with other professionals as needed

  • Video review 

  • Weekly group support call (Behaviour Helpline) 

The Behaviour Coordinator Plus Package

$2,199 CAD/month

The Behaviour Coordinator Plus is the ultimate, full-service package—bringing together the seamless operations of the Business Backbone AND the client care and support of the Behaviour Coordinator. Your systems run smoothly, admin is taken care of and your clients get direct access to triage calls and the Behaviour Helpline for ongoing support. If a business manager and behaviour consultant had a baby, this would be it.

Includes:

  • Email triage & organisation (5 days/week)

  • Scheduling & client intake management

  • Following up on overdue invoices

  • CRM updates (contact info, notes, follow-ups)

  • Ongoing client communications & follow-ups (including automations)

  • Sending client homework/session summaries

  • Payment & invoicing management

  • Maintaining CRM/client notes

  • Weekly progress updates (summary of open tasks)

  • Behaviour modification support: sending homework, tracking progress, gathering updates

  • Responding to client behaviour questions via email

  • Triage/brief calls for behaviour cases (up to 2/week) — limited to safety, management advice and quick training tips, not full assessments

  • Drafting reports, summaries or presentations 

  • Automation setup (onboarding, reminders, resource delivery)

  • Coordination with other professionals as needed

  • Video review up to 2 hours/month

  • Weekly group support call (Behaviour Helpline) — open to all Behaviour Coordinator clients’ clients, general advice only, specific cases flagged to Client

  • Client rounds/check-in calls up to 6 hours/month
