All About the Behaviour Helpline

The Behaviour Helpline is a value-add service you can include in your behaviour programs to give your clients extra support between sessions. It’s a weekly, drop-in call led by Tess Morgan, CTC, CDBC of Lilypad Virtual, designed to answer general questions, provide encouragement, and ease the emotional load of living with a challenging dog.

Why offer it?
Your clients often feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure of what’s “normal.” The Helpline gives them a safe space to vent, troubleshoot everyday issues, and access qualified support when you’re not immediately available—without replacing the individualized work you do together.

When & where
📅 Tuesdays at 12pm ET
💻 Zoom (clients register weekly with a simple link)

What clients get

  • Casual “office hours” with a certified behaviour consultant

  • Guidance on management strategies, resources, and common roadblocks

  • Emotional support from someone who understands their struggles first-hand

  • Reassurance they’re not alone in the process

How it works
The Helpline is free to your clients and capped at 20 attendees. Some weeks it’s a group discussion, other weeks it may be one-on-one support if only one client attends. Either way, it keeps your clients engaged and supported throughout their treatment plan.
